We want people whose personal values align with Retrofit's values: candid, always innovating, driven to deliver, good egg, and customer delight. Prospective employees should be "good eggs" who are genuine, compassionate, good-hearted, and no big egos. They want to make a difference both for the employers and individual weight-loss clients we serve.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Prospective employees should convey their passion for our vision (transforming lives and workplaces by improving health, happiness, and performance) and mission (delivering the most personalized, effective, and sustainable weight loss solution) and tell us how they can contribute to Retrofit. We like to see candidates who think outside the box and reach for the stars.
