Attitude-An employee should have a can do attitude for this company. To take the task you are given and completed it with minimal supervision.
Skills-We stronly focus on the skills of the employee. We do not just take what is writtien on the resume but drive and dive deeper to get the truth. We host testing on actual skills we are looking for. We check to see how good you are with excel in house and how well you answer questions.
