Perks and Programs

We asked REPAY Realtime Electronic Payments to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Innovation Day: REPAY successfully launched an Innovation Day program in 2017. The program provides dedicated time and technology infrastructure and resources, which enable employees to contribute great ideas and collaborate with others to advance those ideas through innovation stages. Innovation Day allows employees to directly take part in the continued growth and success of REPAY and recognizes individuals for being creative and forward thinking. Executive level support allows these ideas to become a reality, which means every single employee can deliver a lasting change and impact to REPAY’s identity.
  • Operation Christmas Child: REPAY participates in Samaritan Purse's Operation Christmas Child, a program that delivers shoe boxes filled with toys and hygiene items to children in need all over the world. In November 2017, REPAY hosted an employee packing party where employees filled and shipped over 300 shoe boxes.
  • State of the Firm: REPAY hosts an annual State of the Firm meeting where employees from all offices gather for a two-day event filled with team building activities, departmental presentations, company updates, cross-functional team meetings, and of course, some fun! Each year the location changes so employees can visit the different cities in which REPAY has offices. We host a casual, fun awards ceremony where employees are recognized by their peers and the management team.
  • 100% Paid Health Insurance: REPAY understands the importance of taking care of its employees and pays 100% of employees' health insurance premiums.
  • Employee Referral Program: We believe our people are the best, so we trust and encourage them to refer new talent to our team. That's why REPAY offers a $2,000 reward for employee referrals.
  • REPAY Internship Program: REPAY's Internship Program provides practical experience for aspiring developers in school and builds REPAY's technology talent pipeline. Interns participate in real-world, hands-on projects designed to benefit our customers and team.
