  • RA Ambassador Program: The RA Ambassador Program is a dual development program and talent acquisition tool - high-performing individual contributors are given a leadership opportunity to interview candidates for an RA cultural fit.

    What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

     We strive to identify high-performing talent who strongly align with our core values.  We believe cross-collaboration is crucial to business success, so strong team players fit well at RA. We like people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done and done well. We have a distinct culture at RA. We look for talent that will both complement and add diverse thought to our teams.  

    What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

    We aren't looking for a funny video or an extravagant cover letter. To get our attention, we want you to be YOU.  We love dynamic personalities and having fun at work, so feel free to show us your sense of humor.  Authenticity and great work speak for themselves.

    Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

    We are always looking for strong technical talent to join our Technology Department.  We are an Agile .NET environment that focuses on strong technology platforms that will increase our customer satisfaction.  Outside of the technology world, we do have strong government partnerships.  As we move across the country we will be looking for top talent that wants to work for an organization that believes together we can make history.
