We take a team-based approach to interviewing.  Our goal is to ensure that the candidate has the opportunity to completely understand Regeneron before they start.  Similar for Regeneron, we want to ensure the candidate will be a good fit.  All these meet and greets take time! So to a prospective candidate, the interview process will involve meeting many different people!
