  • Remote-week: Rainforest QA has bi-annual remote-weeks, in which employees who work in the San Francisco headquarters work remotely for the entire week to better understand the daily work lives of our remote employees.
  • Quarterly remote onsites: Rainforest QA has quarterly onsites in which all remote employees (domestic & international) travel to our San Francisco headquarters for a week of in-person team collaboration, bonding activities, and work time. All travel & lodging expenses are paid for by Rainforest QA.
  • Monthly team 'fun' money: Each team lead (Director, Manager) is provided a certain amount of money each month to use with their team for an outing, offsite, activity, etc. of the team's choice.
