  • Fit Club: Fit Club is a wellness program that encourages team members to take a 20-minute "fitness break" each day. During this time, team members have the opportunity to take a walk around the building's outdoor walking path, visit the on-site workout facility or compete in a casual game of Foosball or Table Tennis in Quest CE's game room. The Fit Club team with the highest attendance each month receives an incentive prize, such as a restaurant gift card. 
  • Gong Show: At Quest CE, a high-five or a pat on the back just doesn’t cut it. The company celebrates every achievement, big or small, at its daily ‘Gong Show.” Here, employees gather to recognize team successes and special occasions by hitting a giant gong in celebration (yes, the musical percussion kind). Once the gong is hit, employees clap as a way of saying, “keep up the good work!" or "congratulations.”
  • Quest CE Cares: The caring service and teamwork that Quest CE associates share at work also expands to surrounding communities. “Quest CE Cares” is an incentive program that provides paid-time-off during business hours for employees to partake in community service activities. Quest CE’s commitment to the community is based on its clear vision of being a socially responsible corporation by making a tangible difference in the communities it serves.
  • Tuition Reimbursement Policy: Quest CE is committed to growing, supporting, and investing in the continuing education of its employees. To showcase this commitment, Quest CE provides tuition reimbursement to team members upon successful enrollment in, or completion of a graduate class, undergraduate class or a certificate program relevant to furthering their career.  
  • Quest CE Employee Bonus Plan: The Quest CE Employee Bonus Plan is designed to provide an effective means to motivate, thank and compensate full-time employees through a cash bonus which is determined by the company’s annual profitability. Each team member is assigned a target bonus of 5% of their annual base compensation in effect as of the end of the Plan Year. If the actual results of the company exceed the targeted profitability of the company, then the bonus will be adjusted up by the same percentage as the company exceeds its targeted profitability goal.

Quest CE has high expectations for itself and we have high expectations for our team members. Our screening and interviewing process takes into consideration the culture of Quest CE and the position the person is interviewing for. We look for people who are self-motivated with a passion to make a difference. There is nothing out of the ordinary when it comes to recruiting at Quest CE.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

Our current focus is adding to our dynamic Sales Team.  We are searching for Sales Executives with a financial services background and a high aptitude for learning new technology.  The niche market we provide compliance services to demands this background and the people who are successful in this role, have this type of experience.
