We’re constantly trying to improve the ways our website serves our customers, so we always look for curious people with an ability to work independently and come up with their own great ideas. We also look for an ability to relate to the customer in everyone from our sales representatives to our web developers, so that every facet of QLP works together with customer service in mind.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Because QLP is an online-only company, we value prospective employees who can show us that they’re comfortable navigating digital channels. As our customer service department continues to grow, we look forward to hiring additional team members to handle our expanded hours of business. We also want to hire a designer to specialize in e-mail marketing, since our customer e-mails have proven to be an excellent source of business.
