What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
When looking at prospective employees, we look to see if they are excited by and agree with our Core Values. We strive to hire for character and fit, and train for skill. We use a multi- assessment profile to give us more information about prospective employees' personality and tendencies during the hiring process. We look for people that are teachable and are life-long learners. We also want to make sure a candidate is humble, which plays out in the way they interact in teams, how teachable they are, and really is the base of all of our Core Values.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
To get our attention, prospective employees can show a passion for their job and an excitement for our Core Values. We want to make sure people are a good fit for their position because we believe this is how they will develop best, both personally and professionally.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are always looking for sellers for our Call Center. This coming year, we are also focused on hiring for various positions to expand our Digital Marketing unit as well as Application Developers to support all four of our business units.
