Perks and Programs

We asked Puretec Industrial Water to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Giving Back to Global Community: Every quarter we dig a water well for a community in desperate need of clean water and dedicate the well to a Puretec employee based on a company wide vote. Every project includes GPS coordinates of the project, photos, a detailed case study from a member of the community and a personalized plaque that is placed on the well!
  • $100 Family Day: Puretec gives each employee $100 and an additional paid day off to spend with their family. A photo from their family day is then displayed on a 'family wall' in the office.
  • Personal Health Training: Puretec provides a company gym and hires a personal trainer that conducts lunch time workout routines. Healthy lifestyle coaching is also involved. Companies that sweat together stay together!
  • Puretec Family Open House: Puretec has an open house in the summer for all employees to bring their families and show them what they do at Puretec and how they contribute to solving our customers water problems. Great music and food is also provided as well as the infamous dunk tank for management!
  • Corporate Games: We participate in our county Corporate Games. We love to have team building experiences and BBQs after the games.
  • Healthy Breakfast: Puretec provides a healthy breakfast daily to all employees that is always fresh and available to everyone.
  • Company Picnic: Puretec holds an annual company picnic for all employees to gather and enjoy freshly made BBQ, Burgers, Tacos, etc., live music/DJ, and team building games. Tons of prizes are given not only to employees, but to children as well. Beautiful day to enjoy one another and grow closer together as a company.
