We asked PPR Talent Management Group to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Flexible PTO: PPR offers an open PTO program for employees to be used anytime for any reason.
  • Wellness Program: PPR has a large on-site gym available for the employees to workout any time throughout the day. It is also available on weekends. On-site yoga classes and personal certified trainers are offered three times a week; with kickboxing classes scheduled three days a week in case that is more your style. Additionally, employees may choose to workout at two local gyms, where personal trainers are provided via the PPR relationship. On the nutritional side of PPR's wellness program, fresh, organic fruit is delivered every Monday. On Wednesdays, employees can order a healthy boxed lunch from a local vendor that is made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Profit Sharing: PPR's Monthly Bonus Program and Annual Bonus Program are company-wide success bonuses awarded to all full-time, regular employees when profitability goals are attained. 
  • Childbirth & Bonding Leaves: PPR's Childbirth & Bonding leave covers 100% of the employee's salary for eight weeks. Child Bonding leave is granted for employees who have adopted a child, if they are the parent or primary caretaker of a child being born.
  • Healthy Lunches: PPR enjoys special partnerships with local chefs and food vendors to provide healthy, locally sourced boxed lunch options every Wednesday.
  • FREE coffee, sodas and snacks: In conjunction with standard free coffee onsite, PPR stocks a cooler full of more than 20 varieties of soda, flavored waters, and V8 juice. Our employees love it!
  • On-site massages: Employees often use their break time/lunch break to grab a quick massage from the onsite massage therapist who visits monthly.
  • VIP Event tickets: PPR maintains relationships and memberships that provide us VIP and Pre-sale privileges for large events in the area. PPR also has Club Seat season tickets for the local NFL football team. These tickets are regularly shared among the staff and/or given away as rewards to employees for their service or performance.
  • Employee Appreciation Month: While there are fun events that happen all year long at PPR, employees look forward to the annual Employee Appreciation Month. What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

At PPR, we seek team members who authentically live out our core values of Trust, Change, Teamwork, Service and Excellence in their own unique way. This usually reflects as people who have a positive, optimistic attitudes who thrive in a team environments and somebody who is open minded to coaching and feedback. We seek team members who take personal accountibility for their actions and naturally focus on creating solutions.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

We’re drawn to candidates who make a connection between the work that we do at PPR and how they want to grow professionally and personally. We seek people who want to invest their talents into producing excellent results for our customers and clients. On paper, this translates to individuals who were actively involved in any type of activity (sports, clubs, organizations, a job, family involvement, community service…) We love to see people who have demonstrated success working on teams as well.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We anticipate growth in our Shared Services divisions to support the recent growth of our sales teams.
