  • Shoot for the Stars: The Shoot for the Stars Program is an employee recognition program by both residents and employees. When an employee is seen going over and beyond their normal job duties, a resident or an employee may fill out a Star Form which is given to the employee. An employee receives a monetary award at the 25, 50,75, and 100 Star level and can receive as much as a $250 bonus.
  • Longevity Bonus: Employees receive cash awards based on longevity. Employees receive $100 at five years, $250 at ten years, $500 at fifteen years, $1,000 at twenty, twenty-five and at thirty years.
  • Appreciation Events: Approximately 6 events are held a year where employees receive recognition. Some events are fun contests that offer prizes, others events are ice cream socials, cook outs, pizza party and our annual holiday party. Events occur on all shifts to allow everyone to participate.
  • Employee Recognition: Employees receive birthday cards, work anniversary cards, and welcome cards to new hires signed by the Department Head Managers. New hire employees have their names and picture posted on the employee bulletin board. Each month an employee is randomly chosen to be given the "best" parking spot.
  • Employee Highlight: Each month, an employee is highlighted for the campus newsletter. It allows the residents and staff to get to know the staff better.
  • Hospitality Hero: On a quarterly basis, an employee is nominated by employees and management staff who has demonstrated exceptional hospitality qualities. The employee receives a certificate and a write up is posted on the employee bulletin board.
