What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
We love when prospective employees show us how they see themselves contributing to our mission and how they embody our core values. When candidates can demonstrate these two things well, we take notice. We also look for individuals who are committed to their progression, and who are not afraid to be their authentic selves.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Pluralsight is the technology learning platform for enterprises that need to enhance the expertise of their technologists to keep up with the pace of technological change and deliver key innovations on time, on budget and securely. This coming year, we will be focused on hiring mid and senior developers. We will also be focused on hiring sales representatives with enterprise sales experience within the SaaS industry. With nearly every part of the business scaling, we average more than 100 open roles across the organization -- all of which we look to fill with talented individuals who have a learner mindset.
