Perks and Programs

We asked Plenary Group USA Ltd. to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Annual Company Offsite: Plenary offers all employees an annual company paid trip to a different destination each year, interacting with colleagues across North America. These offsites offer a fantastic opportunity for our employees to hear from and interact with the senior leadership team, regroup on our organizational goals and achievements, and participate in team-building activities. Our most recent destination was Maui and previous destinations have included Los Cabos, Austin, Palm Springs, Scottsdale, and Las Vegas.
  • Generous Paid Time-Off: All employees, regardless of tenure, are entitled to 20 vacation days upon commencement of employment. Additionally, employees receive 4 floater vacation days to be used during the December break (between Christmas Eve and New Years), rounding the total number of vacation days to 24 for each employee. Additional leaves (beyond vacation time) include paid sick days and volunteer days.
  • Celebratory & Social Events: Plenary offers a dynamic culture and work atmosphere. We pride ourselves on office camaraderie, fostered through our open concept work environment along with the emphasis we place on celebrating our successes as a team, hosting team-building events and having social events to ensure employees are rewarded for their hard work and commitment. Celebratory and social events that regularly take place at Plenary include the annual holiday party, employees’ kids’ holiday party, secret santa event, annual corporate offsite and team offsites, team-building events such as a scavenger boat hunt, trampoline dodgeball and various sports, project closing celebration events, annual Halloween office costume competition, P3 industry infrastructure events, smoothie and breakfast days, and Friday team lunches to recognize employee milestones.
  • Annual Team Offsites: In addition to the annual company-wide trip offered to all employees, each core function has a separate team offsite where employees in their respective team are invited to a new destination to regroup with their colleagues. The team offsites foster camaraderie and enable smaller groups to reconvene on their goals, successes and ongoing vision.  Recent destinations included San Diego, Palm Springs, Miami, Scottsdale and Whistler.
  • Healthy Snacks & Wellness Program: Plenary offices offer fully-loaded kitchens with free healthy snacks, fresh produce, and an array of beverages (both warm and cold drinks).  More specifically, the office snacks program includes fresh fruits, vegetables, health bars, high energy mixes, yogurt etc. encouraging healthy eating and a fresh approach to office wellness.  Plenary regularly updates office snacks to keep it fun and refreshing for employees and to try new and innovative health-focused options.
  • Incentive Award Program: Plenary offers a lucrative incentive award program where employees are generously rewarded for their hard work and commitment towards the ongoing success, growth and diversification of Plenary's portfolio.

Hiring at Plenary varies based on our project needs.  Generally, we are always looking to meet with candidates who bring relevant experience with financial modeling and private finance, particularly related to P3 transactions.  We also have creative roles available within our proposal design team and project management roles within our buildings and civil groups.  We recommend regularly visiting our Plenary LinkedIn page, and Careers page on our website for a recent listing of available opportunities.
