We asked Persado to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Weekly Happy Hour Thursdays: We celebrate birthdays and new hires. COO takes opportunity to provide a quick, casual update on the business. Any new programs or client deals that may have closed. Tapas, wine, beer and a variety delicious healthy snacks are served.
  • Themed office events: Costume party with first, second and third place winners on the worst costume - not best! Ugly sweater contests. Cinco de Mayo themed party.
  • Honorary Employee Guest: Employees are encouraged to visit our global offices. Co-workers treat lunch and sometimes dinner. They share a few cocktails show them around town and help them navigate the country they are in. Sort of like an exchange office program (similar to a foreign exchange student program).
  • Annual Company Offsites: The entire company goes away together for a week in select destinations. Destinations: Dublin Ireland, Monterey. California. It's a learning adventure intertwined with team building events like sandcastle building, bonfires, s'mores and cocktails.
  • Zog Sports Teams: Employees can join and form their own baseball, basketball or volleyball teams sponsored by the company. After a tough game they are welcomed to share a few brews .
  • Family/Kids Day: Employees are welcome to bring their kids to work. Kids of all ages get to mingle and play games, share some ice cream and other goodies.
  • Ice Cream Social Days: Fun filled day where employees are treated to making their own sundae or choosing soft serve ice cream. Day filled with sweetness.
