We asked Peace Village to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

How to Get Hired

We asked Peace Village for some inside information on how to get hired at the organization. Here is what they had to say.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Peace Village is looking for caring and dedicated individuals who enjoy working with the senior population.  We also understand that while it is important to hire a candidate with great qualifications and experience, we do not let that limit our selection, as we are also looking for the candidate who is the best fit for our organization in terms of attitude and passion for our mission.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

We are always looking for exceptional candidates who have a passion for working with the senior population.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We will be particularly focused on hiring C.N.A.'s this year.

What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?

Interested candidates can contact Peace Village at careers@peacevillage.org and click on Careers.  Once the Careers tab is open, you will see our available positions listed. As we use an applicant tracking system, the candidate should complete all areas of the online application process.  The tracking system identifies and ranks the candidates once the process has been completed.
