What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

A prospective employee will be a great fit for our compnay if they are able to work well in a fast-paced environment, able to accept constructive criticism, has an entrepreneurial drive, takes ownership of their work, is collaborative team player, and detail oriented. 

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Prospective employees can come to us with a great eager attitude, hungry to learn. We also like to see diverse liscensing and education, along with on-site client interatction experience. For some of our higher level positions we like to see the aforementioned in addition to leadership mangament experience.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We are focused on building our Structural and Geotechnical departments this year.
