  • Dolphin School: Dolphin School is a four day school that acclimates our new Fins to Pariveda's culture and business model. It covers several topics on life as a consultant, our Expectations Framework, our mission and how to talk about Pariveda with your network.
  • Mentorship Program: The values of mentorship are integral to the vision of Pariveda. Our mentorship program guides and coaches others from day one at Pariveda. The ability to connect with someone who understands your job and can help you grow creates a learning environment where our people can thrive.
  • Clear career trajectory: Pariveda’s Expectations Framework identifies a transparent career path for each person from day one. Our leadership treats each individual as a person with potential and room to grow; not just a number on a spreadsheet. Because of this our people feel valued each day and are motivated to work hard for Pariveda. This also translates into our transparent pay scale across the company so there is no questions or nuance of competition with your peers.
  • Sabbatical: All Principals and above are eligible to take sabbatical leave after every five years of service and one full year on the MT. Sabbaticals are eight weeks for Vice Presidents and three weeks for Principals
  • Esprit de Femme: Esprit de Femme was founded to aid women at Pariveda to become more successful and effective. This group provides a forum for female Fins to discuss common challenges & opportunities in the workplace, work with outside organizations to share & explore ideas, and hold social events to build a rapport between fellow Femme Fins.
  • Esprit de Fin: As consultants, we could spend the majority, if not all, of our time at a client’s site and miss out on the ability to interact with our fellow Fins. Esprit de Fin was an unofficial group that started many moons ago to fuel all Fins’ morale and ensure we aren’t just working hard, but also having fun and building our culture. ​
  • Community Service at Every Level: Community Service is a fundamental part of Pariveda's culture. We believe it's our duty to give back to the communities that have given so much to us. We feel so strongly about it, we've made giving back an expectation for Fins at every level.
  • Employee Referral Bonus: Fins are encouraged to participate in the employee referral program (ERP). By submitting a candidate for referral, we have an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the growth of Pariveda Solutions and take home some extra money. Anyone including Alumni may submit employee referrals.
  • FinFest: FinFest is a company wide conference for Fins by Fins that celebrates our culture of learning, coaching and giving. It is a chance for Fins to share knowledge and inspire each other while building a community of passionate thought leaders.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

We seek candidates who demonstrate an others-first mentality along with a history of servant leadership. As a company our focus is on growing the individual to their highest potential and we need people who share that focus – people who develop others and have a proven history of developing themselves. We look for problem solvers who possess analytical skills in combination with an empathetic, emotionally intelligent, people-focused mindset.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Be genuine. Prospective employees should be comfortable showing their full professional selves. Everyone has different strengths and development areas and we understand that. We want to understand who you really are. Come prepared. When arriving to an interview, be prepared. Learn about our company and consider how what you have done and who you are is a fit with us. That will allow us to have a richer conversation leading to a deeper understanding. The goal is a strong mutual fit between your goals and desires and what we can offer you in your career.
