  • Leadership Bootcamp: Every month, we have a personal/professional development themed topic that we cover as a company. We select a book-of-the-month that all employees have access to on our Organifi audible account, a company wide jeopardy game with cash prizes, one company-wide presentation on the topic, and supporting podcasts that employees can learn from.
  • Plus one program: Each employee gets unlimited access to Organifi products, and every month, they get to select a friend or family member to receive this same gift.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

We are looking for innovative, creative, fun, health-oriented individuals who like working in a start-up environment.  They have to be passionate about personal and professional development and a true team player as we thrive on collaboration at Organifi..

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Anyone who expresses a genuine passion in spreading health and happiness will grab our attention, if they submit a creative video conveying their desire to join our team and why, it definitely grabs our attention.  We love candidates who come prepared with a 30-60-90 day plan for the role they are applying for, and who are relentless in their pursuit to joint he Organifi team.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We are definitely looking to build out our marketing department this year, specifically Paid Media buyers.  We are also looking to expand our IT department and retail team.

What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?
