What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We believe that great team members at OnPrem take on the following 3 characteristics - intelligent, likable, and humble. When we meet someone, they not only need to have strong analytical skills, but we also have to be able to answer, "would we want to hang out with this person" with a resounding yes. Culture fit is extremely important to us.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
We don't need flare guns to get our attention. Just reach out to us, meet with us, and ask any questions. We like people that are approchable and take the initiative, so contact us!
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Strong project managers and senior consultants, ideally with consulting (big 4 or similar) and/or backgrounds in media and entertainment. Additionally, anyone with digital supply chain and data analytics experience since these are big areas of focus for us as we continue to grow.
