We asked Ntooitive Digital LLC to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Lunch with CEO: Once a month the CEO will take a team member out for a one-on-one lunch. This gives the employee an opportunity to talk directly to the CEO in a non-formal setting. This simple effort creates open communication between executives and employees and often times changes are implemented based upon these conversations.  
  • Employee Appreciation Event: Ntooitive often organizes events to show appreciation for its employees. We most recently took our employees out of work early for a few hours of bowling. For some employees it was their first time bowling, they got to try something new and help build rapport outside of the workplace.  
  • Millennial Friendly: Ntooitive is being taken over by millennials and we encourage more to come aboard. 80% of our staff are millennials.
  • Annual Holiday Party: Ntooitive holds a tradition of hosting a fun evening during the holiday season celebrating our employees and all the great work they do all year long. At that time we do give each employee a gift. In the past we have given them Ntooitive branded polo shirts, tshirts, water bottles etc. In addition to merchandise we also give each employee an end of year bonus outside of the current bonus structure. This bonus is based on the overall company performance.
  • Employee Birthdays: Everyone deserves a birthday cake, a card, and of course the Ntooitive Birthday choir singing out loud on their special day. No matter the work schedule we make sure to take a few minutes out to say Happy Birthday.
  • Co-ed Softball Team: We are introducing this program in the fall by popular demand. We asked our employees what they would like to see in term of company recreation activities. Top of the list was a softball team.  
  • Ping Pong Games: We've invested in bringing in a Ping Pong Table to our workplace.  This simple addition to the workplace serves a purpose as it brings team members together from different departments to socialize and break away from work for a moment.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

At Ntooitive, we consider many factors when looking for new candidates such as experience, personality, or education, but the core of our recruitment process is looking to find candidates that embody productivity and focus while ensuring they have a team-driven mindset. Our company functions because our team is composed of individuals that are collaborative and engaging but also have the ability to buckle down produce results. We are looking for individuals that can take ownership of a task and run with it to completion. Our purpose for hiring a candidate is to find the right person for the job, but more importantly ensuring we are the right career for the person.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

First impressions are everything, so showcase your skills, radiate your personality, and surprise us by going above and beyond. Be aggressive and control the hypothetical room. Stand out from the herd, don't follow the trend, and ensure your resume reaches the top of the pile. Gives us more than we ask and you'll already be more memorable than the majority. If you resemble this type of mentality, we want to talk to you as soon as possible.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

Our business is growing as so is the workload. We are particularly interested in the right people to join our Ad Operations Team. Campaign Managers, Account Executives, and Subject Matter Experts( in ad-tech ) are the positions on our hot plate eagerly waiting to be filled as we grow.  New jobs will develop as we grow so if you don't see a role you're looking for keep in touch as that position may be needed sooner than later.
