Perks and Programs

We asked nThrive to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • nThrive CARES Programs: CARES Fund: The CARES Fund provides financial and other assistance to nThrive colleagues and their families who encounter unavoidable emergency circumstances. Colleagues support the fund directly by contributing through payroll deduction. Caring is a part of our organizational DNA at nThrive. The newly established CARES Fund is another example of our culture of caring. Supported areas include providing financial support to colleagues if they're unable to pay for housing, utilities, food or clothing due to the loss of a primary residence from fire, natural disaster or being condemned as uninhabitable and unable to pay for basic funeral expenses related to the loss of an eligible dependent.
  • nThrive CARES Programs: Heart and Soul Program: nThrive grants five days (40 hours) of paid-time-off annually to colleagues who volunteer with an approved 501c3 charity organization. Colleagues have used thousands of hours to support the program of their choice. Some colleagues used their Heart and Soul hours for a mission trip to Guatemala City, Guatemala. The nThrive team built two houses, painted three classrooms at Potter’s House, cleaned and sanded students’ desks and delivered food to 16 families.
  • nThrive CARES Programs: Winter Wishes Program: Colleagues nominate fellow colleagues or family members facing hardship or a charitable organization of their choosing. Wishes can vary anywhere from car parts to family reunions. Each wish granted has a maximum dollar amount of $1,000.
  • nThrive CARES Programs: Education Assistance program: The Education Assistance program is designed to help enhance personal skills and knowledge through formal education, which can be transferred into the workplace. Assistance is offered to colleagues pursuing undergraduate and graduate Degrees, professional certifications, or enrolled in job-related courses.
  • nThrive CARES Programs: PTO Donation Program: Colleagues can help support each other by donating portions of Paid Time Off (PTO) when nThrive colleagues experiences medical emergencies either for themselves or family members. Hundreds of hours have been donated to support peers in need of a helping hand.
  • nThrive CARES Programs: Habitat for Humanity Builds: nThrive sponsors volunteer opportunities for Habitat for Humanity, a volunteer program that builds homes for families in need of affordable housing. With two homes built this year, nThrive colleagues are making a difference in the communities where they live. These Habitat for Humanity programs are sponsored at other nThrive office locations with high colleague participation and support.
  • nThrive CARES Programs: Corporate Charities: nThrive offers payroll deductions to 12 corporate charities that colleagues may select from and define their donation amount. These charities include BlinkNow, Eternal Threads, Exile International, Global Medical Relief Fund, Heart for Africa, Haitian Families First, nThrive CARES fund, Hire Heroes USA, MedShare, Mully Children’s Family and Potter’s House International.
  • VMVA Colleague Recognition Awards: VMVA Awards recognize nThrive colleagues who have achieved a significant accomplishment while exceptionally demonstrating one or more of our core values. Anyone in the organization can nominate their peers, and all colleagues are eligible for this award. Award recipients will be announced at nThrive All Colleague Town Halls, receive a certificate of recognition, and a $100 monetary award. Also, the value they brought to other fellow team members, clients and/or the organization is highlighted in a company-wide article.
  • Health Advocate: nThrive offers colleagues a health advocate to act as a concierge through health care questions that may include insurance claims and issues, answering diagnosis questions, finding the best doctor, arranging appointments, assisting with elder care and negotiating provider fees.
