  • Employee Recognition Awards Program : Niagara loves to recognize outstanding employee performance and we do so quarterly during our Townhalls. Awards can range from $250 to $1500 in cash and/or prizes.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Our motto is work hard and play hard. Therefore, our employees do just that. We look for candidates who are focused, high-energy, enthusiastic, flexible, and have a strong desire to grow and learn our business. They will also exhibit our core values: 1) focus on the customer's needs and expectations 2) act with integrity in all business practices 3) communicate openly and candidly with the customers, vendors, and employees 4) treat others with respect and 5) has a can-do attitude. 

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

If candidates would like to get our attention, they can begin by learning about our company and products. We are always looking for awesome sales people with high energy, drive, ambition and salesmanship along with several years of experience selling into the same space we sell into. In addition, having the experience and/or interest in water conservation is a plus.
