We asked Next College Student Athlete to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • NCSA All In Award: The NCSA All In Award™ is the cornerstone of our give-back mission. We provide free services to deserving student-athletes who demonstrate financial need, meet standard NCSA academic and athletic qualifications, and who demonstrate a strong desire to play collegiate athletics and commitment to leverage their athletic talent to improve their life. This year, our goal is to assist more than 2,000 student-athletes nationwide with All In Awards.
  • Paid Volunteer Day: As part of our commitment to giving back to the communities in which we live and work, NCSA provides each teammate one paid volunteer day per year to encourage our teammates to take time out to help serve the community in whatever capacity is most meaningful to them.
  • Wellness Credit Reimbursement: Each teammate is allotted a monthly credit of $65 to use for any healthy lifestyle event or product such as gym memberships, specialty workout classes (e.g., spinning, yoga, kick boxing, etc.), city-wide bike sharing programs, entry fees to marathons, healthy eating programs (e.g., Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, etc.), massages, vitamins and supplements, etc.
  • Intramural Teams & Annual Turkey Bowl: NCSA is a sports company, and we continue to fuel our competitive spirits by participating in year-round intramural leagues, including flag football, volleyball, softball, and bowling. We also host an annual Turkey Bowl (flag football tournament). Each team has an executive sponsor, and the winning team earns bragging rights for the next year!
  • Teammate Referral Program: All employees are eligible to participate in NCSA's referral program. Teammates can earn up to $500 if their referral is hired. Cash rewards and company-wide recognition are also given on a quarterly basis to those who have the most referrals and the most hired referrals. We value our teammates and their contributions and want more just like them!
  • Diversity, Inclusion, and Opportunity: The DIO committee at NCSA is dedicated to building a community reliant on its differences to foster growth and innovation. The committee hosts events throughout the year (e.g., potlucks, PRIDE gathering, bias training, etc.) and supports company-wide resource groups (e.g., Women, Remote Workers, Latino, etc.).
  • Dream Team: All NCSA teammates have the opportunity to be a part of the Dream Team, a company-supported and employee-run group that meets regularly to discuss and accomplish their dreams. Any dream is fair game, whether personal, professional, short-term, long-term, big, or small. The full group meets every other month, and smaller groups (“Dream Buddies”) meet more frequently. Dream Team members help keep one another accountable, pool thoughts and ideas and resources to make dreams a reality, and then celebrate the wins together!
  • Daily On-Site Popup Restaurant: Each day, a different restaurant comes into the office and sells a variety of lunch options. This is particularly convenient when you need to grab a quick bite and/or want to try out some new restaurants in the city!
  • Free Lunch, Snacks, and Bagel Fridays: NCSA provides free fresh bagels for breakfast every Friday morning. On the 3rd Thursday of each month after a company-wide meeting, NCSA offers free lunch for all in-office teammates. Keeping in line with our love for food, we have a large snack cabinet available to teammates filled with your healthiest snacks to the snacks for your junk food lovers. The healthy fruit is provided at no cost to our teammates.
  • Onsite Eye Exams and Biometric Screenings: NCSA brings vendors onsite a few times a year for eye exams and biometric screenings. These onsite offerings encourage teammates to take advantage of the health benefits available to them and ensure they can do so without having to take time away from work.

NCSA teammates are committed and determined to empower leaders through sports by sharing their passion, energy, and appreciation for what sports have done for them. NCSA offers an exciting and competitive environment similar to the playing field. Working here requires an all-in attitude and an all-out work ethic, flexibility, and teamwork. If you are passionate about sports and making a difference in student-athletes' lives, NCSA is the place for you!

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
