What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We look for employees who are ready to roll up their sleeves. Big egos are shown the door. Employees that challenge each other regardless of seniority or title. Everybody has a contribution to make, and we look at the quality of input, not the role of who’s giving it.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
