Perks and Programs

We asked Netskope to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Awesome Women of Netskope: Netskope also has a thriving women’s group called AWON (Awesome Women of Netskope) in which we meet for casual dinners, hear guest speakers, and support each other’s career growth.
  • Running Club: Netskope has a thriving running club, and we often meet throughout the week to take some time away from our desks and enjoy the beautiful scenery located around our office
  • Multicultural events: We have employees from many different countries and traditions and we endeavor to celebrate all of them throughout the year - whether it be Hanukkah, Christmas, Diwali, the Fourth of July, or Canada Day!
  • Support for the whole person: It’s not just about what you can do for Netskope. Here at Netskope, we embrace all of who you are. Get in shape with our running, hiking, and biking groups, talk trash in our ping pong team tournaments or pick-up basketball games, give back to the community with us at our non-profit volunteer days, and bring your best hot dish to one of our quarterly potlucks
  • The best idea wins: At Netskope, the best idea wins, whether it comes from the CEO or an individual contributor. We challenge each other regardless of seniority or title. Everybody has a contribution to make, and we look at the quality of input, not the role of who’s giving it. Some of the best sales ideas come from engineering, product ideas come from marketing, and support ideas come from sales. It doesn’t matter who you are — your contribution makes a difference!
  • THE CEO sits in the middle of the office: You can find our CEO, Sanjay Beri, eating his sandwich at his desk at lunchtime. His desk sits smack dab in the middle of our office. He works as hard as anyone else, and listens to anyone who has a suggestion. This is what leadership at Netskope looks like
  • Competitive Compensation: Netskope management does its homework on what fair compensation looks like. We work to make sure that people are paid well, receive competitive options grants, and get the kudos that they deserve along the way. Beyond monetary compensation, we have a culture of gratitude, and people are recognized for their contributions in many large and small ways — from ice cream socials to “thanks for going the extra mile” gift cards to spot bonuses
