Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
During the next year, National plans to primarily focus our efforts on expanding our sales team, both for inside and outside sales, domestically and internationally. Successful sales candidates will likely have prior sales experience, specifically in the realms of multi-unit sales and preferably in the hospitality industry. In addition, we will look for candidates with a proven capacity to handle multiple client accounts at a time. To a lesser extent, we will also be looking for candidates for customer service and management positions. These candidates must possess a creative spirit, compassionate demeanor, and the desire to contribute to, and better, the company culture in order to create a great place to work.
