While our team members vary, each bringing their own unique qualities to the National team, there are a few key characteristics that everyone shares. When interviewing potential candidates we look for those that have a passion for providing superior customer service, have a positive and pleasant attitude, are resilient, and enjoy being part of a team. We seek employees who will provide the very best care and customer service to our clients, guests, and each other.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Prospective employees will get our attention by their history of and/or passion for providing the best in customer service. While we seek experience, we understand some will not come to National with a background in corporate housing or hospitality. What stands out in a sea of resumes is customer service experience and real life situations that were handled and resolved with the customer being the number one focus. We also look for employees that have had a pattern of success in their careers and who can bring fresh ideas to the table, to continue moving National forward.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
In the coming year, we are most focused on growing our sales team to include Market Account Executives, National Account Executives, and Global Account Executives. These positions are available across the US – in our 30 markets and beyond. We look forward to expanding our sales team, which in turn will lead to the creation of additional positions at our corporate office and in our markets.
