  • Fun Company Events: Moogsoft hosts monthly events for its employees to facilitate bonding and team building. Every month we throw a party for employees who are celebrating a birthday or a work anniversary. As a company we will go to baseball games, local restaurants, magic shows, and other events that are happening throughout San Francisco. We also enjoy going to regular Happy Hours and organizing fun, team level activities.
  • Unlimited PTO: Moogsoft has adopted an unlimited vacation policy so all employees can get the rest and relaxation needed to refresh and get a break from their hectic work schedules.   • Foosball Tournaments: Moogsoft hosts monthly foosball tournaments where employees play for the coveted cow trophy. People from all departments compete to steal the trophy from the reigning champions and practice daily for chance to become the next "Foos Champ". We take foosball seriously in our office and these tournaments can get competitive (and very fun!).
  • All-Company Tuesday Lunch: The work week gets hectic so once a week we come together as a company to sit down for a healthy, catered lunch. No one misses Tuesday lunch and our CEO, Phil Tee, will often take the floor to share stories about his experience growing the company, his hopes for the future, and answer any questions from the Herd.
  • Volunteer Opportunities: Every quarter we plan a volunteer event as a way to give back to our community that gives so much to us. From the local food bank to homeless shelters, we allow employees to pick charities that are important to them to volunteer at as a company.
