  • Health Care Concierge Service: As part of the medical plan, every enrolled employee has a personal health care concierge to help with medical plan selection, finding a doctor, nurseline services, coordination of benefits, assessment and steerage to appropriate benefit, case management and bill review. Company paid.
  • Second Opinion Service: Second medical opinion on diagnosis and treatment; ask the expert; collection of EMRs. Company paid.
  • Telemedicine Service: Phone and web based medical services for employee convenience for non-emergent issues. Company subsidized for PPO options.
  • Financial Planning Service: Unlimited phone and online financial planning services/tools; WebEx and in person training sessions. Company paid.
  • 401k Non-elective Contribution: In addition to employee match, a non-elective company contribution of 3%-7% of eligible pay (based on age for employees) is made annually. This non-elective contribution applies to employees hired on or after 7/8/2012.
  • Annual Incentive: We encourage our people to behave like owners. All regular full-time Monsanto employees are on an annual incentive program that rewards for both company and individual performance. In addition, long-term incentives are created for employees in certain leadership levels.
  • THRIVE for life Well Being Program: THRIVE for life is Monsanto’s voluntary, comprehensive well-being program. It encourages employees to achieve health in all aspects of their life. Employees can earn points and rewards for taking steps to improve their well-being in the areas of: physical, financial, emotional and work. All regular employees (excluding assignees and those in Hawaii) can participate. Also, spouses/domestic partners can participate if enrolled in a Monsanto Medical Plan. With THRIVE for life, employees can Assess their well-being in key life areas, join personalized and team challenges, ompete against other colleagues, and use interactive technology on their computer, tablet or smart phone. Employees can earn up to $350 in incentives for completing certain well-being challenges and activities.
  • Autism Assist: Monsanto employees enrolled in a medical plan have access to Autism Assist, run by Magellan (Monsanto's EAP provider). The comprehensive online management tool offers the most current and scientifically validated therapy principles for employees with autistic family members. The website combines a personalized curriculum, video-based parent training, access to qualified support staff, and connects a child’s care team—all while providing convenient access. In addition, Monsanto's Family Network hosts events and provides resources throughout the year on autism.
  • Business Resource Networks: Monsanto Business Resource Networks have centralized accountability to Monsanto’s Inclusion and Diversity Office, with all network Presidents and Vice-Presidents appointed by the Monsanto Inclusion and Diversity Council from a pool of high potential, high performing leaders. The Networks are involved in business processes with increased visibility for network leaders with Monsanto senior leadership.
