Account Executive: A critical part of Mindflash’s interaction with customers and a critical source of market intelligence for the entire company. Responsible for nurturing and converting sales leads, identifying high value prospects, engaging with them, demonstrating the product and helping them through the trial process. Effectively communicate user needs and feedback to our Product, Marketing and Development teams to ensure that our start-up company is continually innovating in areas of critical importance and high value to our target market.
Software Engineer: Design and implement key features working on all layers of the tech stack, with special focus on stellar user experience across devices. Take complete ownership, drive dependencies proactively to get work done within planned deadlines. Collaborate closely and directly with QA, product and support teams. As part of the development team perform production support and participate in conversations with customers.
