  • Employee Referral Program: Mindflash encourages employees to refer applicants for all open positions with the company. When a regular employee refers a qualified individual for an opening, a referral bonus will be paid after the new employee has been on the payroll for 90 days. All Mindflash employees are eligible to participate with the exception of managers.
  • All-Hands Meeting: Mindflash provides semi-monthly employees All-Hands Lunch Meeting encouraging collaboration through internal demos and sharing of team projects. Lunch is catered from local organic kitchens. As part of its commitment to transparency, Mindflash shares revenue, churn and customer numbers at these meetings.
  • Fly-in Sprint Get-Together: Mindflash provides quarterly to semi-annually Fly-In Sprint Evening Get-Together, connecting remote and local employees through causal interactions over dinner and wine.   • Random Fun Program: Mindflash promotes work-life balance and friendship through company sponsored random fun post-work functions such as Antonio's Nut House in Palo Alto, Race Car and Pizza Night, Laser Tag Games, Movie Afternoons, Giants Baseball Night.
  • Professional Development Events: Mindflash fully covers 100% of expenses for professional certification and professional development programs, including travel and accommodations, to employees who wish to enhance their knowledge and professional growth.
  • Innovation Weeks: About once a quarter, Mindflash has "Innovation Weeks" where team members can choose which projects to work on as long as it has some benefit to the company. Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

Account Executive: A critical part of Mindflash’s interaction with customers and a critical source of market intelligence for the entire company. Responsible for nurturing and converting sales leads, identifying high value prospects, engaging with them, demonstrating the product and helping them through the trial process. Effectively communicate user needs and feedback to our Product, Marketing and Development teams to ensure that our start-up company is continually innovating in areas of critical importance and high value to our target market. Software Engineer: Design and implement key features working on all layers of the tech stack, with special focus on stellar user experience across devices. Take complete ownership, drive dependencies proactively to get work done within planned deadlines. Collaborate closely and directly with QA, product and support teams. As part of the development team perform production support and participate in conversations with customers.
