  • MINDBODY Evolve Wellness Challenge: The MINDBODY Evolve Wellness Challenge is a 3-month-long rotational challenge designed to improve health and encourage more active lifestyles. Participants receive biometric screenings, nutritional counseling, personal training sessions, local gym memberships, monthly wellness vouchers and wearable devices to track activity. The end of the 12 week challenge culminates with a 5k run and a facility-wide party that includes locally catered food and live entertainment.
  • MINDBODY Card: Full-time MINDBODY team members receive $65 per month on a prepaid MINDBODY Card to spend on wellness services provided by our clients. The cards can be used to pay for Yoga/Pilates classes, spa services, salon services, skin care, massages, gym memberships, MMA, CrossFit, and other services.
  • Free On-Site Wellness Classes: MINDBODY offers 20+ onsite wellness classes per week in our state of the art fitness facilities. Classes are taught by certified professionals made up of both MINDBODY team members and clients. The classes are available daily and include Yoga, Pilates, Barre, CrossFit, Guided Meditation, Juggling, Zumba, Kettle Bell, and boot camp style training sessions. All on-site classes are free of charge and are open to all employees.
  • Little Enso's Onsite Child Care: Little Enso's is an on-site child care center for infants and toddlers located on the campus of MINDBODY's headquarters in San Luis Obispo, CA. The environmentally friendly building was designed to allow for parents to interact with their children during the workday. Parents are able to utilize the onsite nursing room, stop by to visit any time throughout the day, and receive updates on their child's well-being.
  • 27 Days Off: MINDBODY team members accrue 20 days of paid time off in their first year of employment in addition to seven paid holidays. At MINDBODY we are focused on creating policies that take all dimensions of employee wellness into consideration, this includes providing ample time to spend with friends and family outside of work.
  • MINDBODY Recess: MINDBODY employees are encouraged to take a break in their work day to participate in "MINDBODY Recess". Team members have access to frisbees, beach balls, ladder golf, magnetic dart boards, volleyballs, footballs, frisbee golf, ping pong and a bike sharing program. Additionally, the MINDBODY Wellness team coordinates a regular company-wide recess that has included games of Red-Light/Green-Light, Simon Says, and Kickball.
  • MINDBODY Wellness Workshop: MINDBODY offers quarterly wellness workshops that are available to all employees. Each unique workshop is instructed by a subject matter expert in the area of focus. These workshops are intended to enrich the overall quality of life for our employees and provide them with valuable life tools. Recent topics have included mental wellness, avoiding burnout, nutrition, maternity/paternity leave and personal financial management.
  • Environmentally Responsible: MINDBODY is committed to minimizing our impact on the environment. Our growing offices in San Luis Obispo, CA make the best use of efficient lighting, recycled materials, reduced water usage, abundant natural light and reusable solar energy.
  • Onsite Wellness Providers: MINDBODY Team Members have the opportunity to book an appointment with massage therapists, an esthetician, or chiropractor in the privacy of one of the treatment rooms located inside our corporate headquarters in San Luis Obispo, CA. The wellness services are partially subsidized by the company and onsite providers accept the company's prepaid MINDBODY Card as a form of payment.

At MINDBODY we look for perspective employees that demonstrate a sense of purpose and integrity in their lives. An ideal team member is someone who is proud of their past accomplishments, yet humble in acknowledging that teamwork has been crucial to their success. We hire people who do the right thing even when it’s inconvenient and understand the importance of empathy towards others. We look for people that know how to remove obstacles when needed and strive to produce amazing work, never accepting “good enough” as good enough.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

The most successful candidates submit resumes with clearly stated objectives and accomplishments, as well as work experience relevant to their desired position.
