  • Energy Efficiency Benefit: After completing one (1) year of service with Melink, employees are eligible for up to $5,000.00 contribution towards the purchase of a qualified Hybrid vehicle, electric vehicle, or solar photovoltaic system for your personal residence.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Melink Corporation supports employees who wish to continue their education to secure increased responsibility and growth within their professional careers. In keeping with this philosophy, the company has established a Tuition Reimbursement program for expenses incurred through approved institutions of learning. To be eligible for this program, the degree or classes must be part of a formal development plan jointly agreed upon by the employee and manager. The company will reimburse up to a maximum $1,500.00 per year to an employee for undergraduate studies or other training/education programs.
