  • Work Life Balance: MediaAlpha has adopted an unlimited paid time off (PTO) policy. The goal is to ensure that you are taking care of yourself, your family and able to contribute to MediaAlpha from a fresh and healthy place. Before you start to feel like you are on the edge of burning out, take time to decompress. Whether that means going to the gym, taking a vacation, or just unplugging from it all for a little while. Primary caregivers – women or men – are offered up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave. Non-primary caregivers are offered 2 weeks of paid time off.

      What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

      MediaAlpha has no pure “managers” and only hires experienced individuals who are expected to work independently, yet collaboratively, as needed. Our work culture also encourages and rewards team members to do excellent work and find “beauty” in their work product, whether it’s a sales presentation, lines of code or a simple email.
