  • Work Life Balance: MediaAlpha has adopted an unlimited paid time off (PTO) policy. The goal is to ensure that you are taking care of yourself, your family and able to contribute to MediaAlpha from a fresh and healthy place. Before you start to feel like you are on the edge of burning out, take time to decompress. Whether that means going to the gym, taking a vacation, or just unplugging from it all for a little while. We love our work, but we understand that family comes first.
  • Focus on Family: MediaAlpha offers 12 weeks of paid time off to bond with a new child, whether that child joins your family through birth or adoption. Primary caregivers – women or men – are offered up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave. Non-primary caregivers are offered 2 weeks of paid time off.
  • Wellness Program: To support your health and wellbeing, MediaAlpha will provide Fitbit activity trackers to help you monitor and achieve your personal fitness goals. In addition, we will also reimburse gym membership dues up to $50 per month.
