At MAVERICK our people are our product therefore it’s critical that individual’s process the drive, ambition and attitude to grow within the organization. Are there any unusual or especially rigorous steps of your hiring process that candidates should be aware of?
Yes. Each candidate will go through a technical interview, online assessment, structured interview and a final interview with the VP and/or CEO. Our Senior Leadership Team is very involved with interview process to ensure you are the right fit for us and that we are the right fit for you.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We continue to look for individuals that have a strong technical background with the ability to lead, learn and teach others.
