What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
There are the cognitive skills: critical thinking, creative thinking, and empathetic thinking. Then there are the soft skills: accountability, professionalism, craftsmanship, and exercising good judgement. Those are the key characteristics we look for when interviewing. Also, having an IT Consulting background and industry experience in Health and Life Sciences and with CRM systems are definite plusses, but not required.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Be well aware of what makes Mavens different from other companies. Know who we are and what we do. Be knowledgeable on open source technology, look us up on Glassdoor, and be responsive in the interview process. These things will get a prospective employee noticed.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Currently, we are looking to hire skilled Technial Architects, Solution Architects and Salesforce Consultants.
