How to Get Hired

We asked Marchuska Brothers for some inside information on how to get hired at the organization. Here is what they had to say.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Energetic and a "can do attitude".  Also not being afraid of failure, we all make mistakes but the great employees are the ones that get back up and try again.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Have a good amount of work experience, specifically in the construction industry or related field.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We would be looking at hiring a construction manager, special projects administrator, glazier, and consturction administrator.

What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?

The best way to find out more would be to speak to a current employee and ask them what they like about their job.
