What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
No Nonsense: Bureaucracy kills companies. We will avoid it. Politics and personal agendas don’t belong here. We are transparent, fair and focused. We work together and we’re great teammates. It is our duty to call nonsense when we see it, and act on the opportunity to improve.
Acting with Urgency: We think fast and act faster, and always in alignment with our strategy.
Always Learning: Albert Einstein famously said “once you stop learning, you start dying.” It’s just as true for companies as it is for people. We encourage learning and create an environment that’s not only conducive to it, but rewards it.
Don’t F%$@ the Customer: The company flourishes because customers trust us and our solutions. That’s a priceless asset which we will never compromise. We will not make promises we can’t keep, either to customers or to ourselves.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
UInderstand our company and what we do, but more importantly WHY we do what we do. Understand what we believe, it's all public information. If a candidate understand this AND is aligned with this in their persanal philosophy about how they approach work, then we'd be more interested in speaking with them.
