A prospective employee can get our attention by submitting an engaging resume, making personal contact with us, or by applying through an internal referral. You will get our attention the most if you embrace the core values mentioned above. I know all companies say that, but we mean it. It's so important to us that we love the people we work with every day--and the people we like to work with are the people who are pumped about the core values.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We will be focusing on software development, relationship management, marketing, benefit administration, and implementation/EDI specialists. With that said, we are always looking for good people since people are at the core of what we do.
