  • LimeMates: Our internal employee wellness platform serving as our hub for culture, health, well-being and performance. All employees receive a free FitBit on their first day so they can immediately participate in our steps challenge.
  • Office space: Fun, fresh and inviting, our space promotes ingenuity, collaboration, relaxation and creativity while offering perks like healthy snacks, drinks, ping pong table, scooters, puzzles and games. Remote employees receive a $250 wellness stipend to take care of their well-being.
  • New child leave: Any employee welcoming a new child into their family receives two paid weeks off of work to spend time with their new family member.
  • Rewards and recognition: Employees are recognized and rewarded for living our Limeade values, fostering our culture of improvement, going above and beyond as a LimeMate, referring awesome new LimeMates and even through daily "Cheers for Peers" that we feature the live feed on a TV in the office!
  • Company meetings: At Limeade, people grow, collaborate, learn and play together in regular company meetings as well as annual events that bring everyone together from across the country. The time is used for fun and recreation but also important company alignment, planning and communications.
  • Refresh Yourself Campaign: During our company’s busy season (October - February) we offer meditation, yoga, massage, quiet room, fresh fruit garnished water, extra healthy snacks, breakfast on Fridays, comedy lunch, puzzles and coloring stations. Remote employees receive a personalized wellness package.
  • Fun: Regular fun activities like Happy Hours, outside speakers, and holiday celebrations. We also encourage (and financially support) managers to plan fun team level activities.
  • Flexible work environment: We actively encourage employees to take their vacations, find days to work from home, and take well-being breaks during the day.
  • Ongoing Feedback via Tiny Pulse: We believe when we trust employees to use time wisely, they feel supported by the organization. The more they feel supported, the more they trust Limeade and are committed to our success. Although we see the value in great perks and programs, we believe it is more important to focus on what happens in the day-to-day--how employees are treated, whether they feel valued and challenged, and are they excited about Limeade, their work, and their ability to make a difference. We focus much of our effort on getting feedback (through weekly survey/monthly focus groups) and weaving our values (a.k.a “Culture of Improvement”) into every aspect of the “people system” (hiring, on boarding, performance management, development (including managers and leaders), and even off-boarding.
