What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Lime Energy is seeking ambitious individuals who are goal oriented, passionate about their work, and share their expertise to get things done.  We are building a great company and our values are built upon a handful of pillars:  Employees First; Integrity in All We Do; Expertise; Energy; and Improving our Communities.  Our mission driven company  is seeking canidates that care about their customers, our company, and adapt quickly to changing conditions.  Common threads that help make employees successful are personal productivity and team player qualities.  

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

When applying for future openings at Lime Energy, prospective employees whose experience, qualifications and values are consistent with our organization's goals will rise to the top.  Hiring decisions are made based upon technical expertise, qualifications, education and experience.  Diversity is another key driver here at LIme Energy.  We welcome both seasoned professionals and recent college graduates, bein a company that creates internship opportunities in all our departments of engineering; marketing; and business development, for example.

The business environment at Lime Energy is growing and maturing quickly.  Employees will continue to creatively adapt to grow with our business.  And as our geographic footprint expands, Lime Energy will be seeking new employees to serve the small and mid-sized businesses across the nation. Our largest employee population is outside sales, or our Energy Service Representatives.  In addition to this seasoned group of energy efficiency sales team, we look to onboard Program Outreach Coordinators into entry level positions from college graduates to individuals looking to move into the energy field.
