What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We are always on the search for what we term "new heroes" to our organization...individuals that have tremendous passion for our business model, and that have a thirst for performance excellence. We gauge that thru the energy, excitement and enthusiasm projected from the candidates within our interview journey.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
We invite candidates to go beyond the normal resume submittal, and provide us with a short video so we can get to know them early on. Many candidates actually submit videos and we love the creativity they bring. Quite a few talk not only about their professional experiences, but also weave in personal stories about themselves, families and loved ones.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
LifeWorks will continue to expand in all areas of the business, but certainly some main areas of focus will be in sales, marketing, customer success, product development/design, and finance.
