  • Company Shoutouts: Each month, employees can submit "shoutouts" to coworkers thanking them for their hard work. Shoutouts are read outloud at the monthly company meetings. Employees receiving shouts outs are given a gift certificate.
  • Free beverages/snacks: Company offers unlimited coffee, hot chocolate, soda, fresh fruit, and other snacks to employees.
  • Real Appeal Health Program: We have a partnership with our health insurance provider. Employees who sign up for health insurance are eligible to receive up to $200 in points towards gifts/gift cards for participation in Real Appeal.
