In our customer service roles we look for people who are energetic, well spoken, and able to connect with our customers. In our other professional roles we look for people who are analytical, proactive, and detail oriented. We recognize that we work in an ever-changing environment; therefore, in all of our positions we look for people who are able to be collaborative, innovative, enthusiastic, forward thinking, and work with pace and energy.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Prospective employees should be able to speak to their knowledge and abilities and translate their past experiences to the job in which they are applying. Applicants should research the company and have a general understanding of our business, our products, and our culture.

In the upcoming year we will look for great talent within all of our departments in order to continue to bring in new ideas and expand our product line and distribution channels. In order to enhance the user experience and grow the business, we are focused on hiring individuals that will be able to help us design and improve our digital customer interfaces, accelerare our direct to consumer sales channel, and assist in growing our partnerships.
