What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
Our company was founded with a highly experienced team to assure quality in our services. As we’ve grown we’ve found we also appreciate individuals who, regardless of experience, look for an environment of collaboration, support, and learning. Our team has a passion for technology and many of our employees build digital products as a hobby. We look for individuals who take great pride in their work and can show that in what they produce. A willingness to support and help others, in addition to a desire to learn, are key characteristics. In short, the ideal L4 team member is passionate, takes pride in their work, respects and supports the team around them, and is always looking for ways to improve.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
If you love producing great results, working with a team in a collaborative engaging environment, appreciate the respect of your colleagues, and prioritize enjoying every day, we may be a great fit for you. Prospective employees should be able to demonstrate their capabilities in addition to their passion for why they do the work that they do. Having an open mindset towards teamwork and collaboration is a must. Show us results, and explain how you worked in a team environment supporting others while also doing your part. If you only work for the money, we’re not the place for you. We offer competitive salaries but value passion for teamwork over experience and competency any day.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
In the next year, we will be growing out our team as we look to hire digital product developers for fifteen different platforms, technical project managers, and designers, as well as quality assurance, management, and administrative staff. Our largest focus for hiring will be in our product and strategic business development departments. As always, the type of candidates for any position must be passionate in everything they do, take pride in their work, respect and support the team around them, and always be looking for ways to improve.
