  • Flexible Schedules: Kronites around the world work with their managers to develop a schedule that allows the employee to maintain a healthy work/life balance and maximize their productivity.
  • Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Kronos strongly believes in the importance of a college degree, but also recognizes that most graduates today are in debt from achieving their educational goals. To help ease that burden, we offer a financial assistance program with company contribution to help Kronites pay off their student loan debt faster!
  • Child Care Financial Assistance: At Kronos, we realize that the cost of quality childcare can be a financial challenge. This benefit subsidizes the cost of qualified childcare in addition to the FSA/DCFSA benefits we've had for years.
  • Family-Focused Benefits, Leave: Kronos believes there's nothing more important than family. That’s why we've enhanced our leave policies for new parents. Moms and dads receive fully paid time to welcome a new child into the world through parental, maternity, or adoption leave. We provide financial assistance for adoption. New babies receive a Kronos blankie and bib in the mail, while mom and dad receive a resource packet with helpful tips for new parents. Nursing moms who travel can take advantage of our new Milk Stork program.  Oh, and when the kids are grown, we also offer a college scholarship program for children of Kronites!
  • Employee Appreciation Picnic: Every Summer, Kronites at HQ enjoy an Employee Appreciation picnic outdoors with food trucks, lawn games, raffles, contests, and a BBQ. It's a great way to celebrate the summer and take a well-deserved break from work.
  • Pet Insurance: At Kronos, we believe that pets are family members, too! To help keep our furry friends healthy, we subsidize the cost of pet insurance for employees.
  • Onsite Wellness Coach: Kronos offers an onsite wellness coach available free of charge to all U.S. employees and their spouses. The coach meets one-on-one with any interested employee or spouse and provides guidance on a range of health topics such as nutrition, exercise, chronic disease management, and stress management.
  • New Global Headquarters: In 2017, Kronos moved into a new home: a 500,000 square foot, $70 million dollar state-of-the-art facility outside of Boston. The crown jewel of the facility is The Hub amenities floor, equipped with a full-service barista, walk-up IT genius bar, a park with hammock chairs and picnic tables, a library where phone calls are banned, a gaming area, and treadmill desks.
  • Onsite Medical Clinic, Virtual Visits: New to HQ this year is a virtual clinic that's open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The virtual clinic is equipped with a comfortable chair, a computer with webcam, blood pressure cuff, a first aid kid with over the counter medications, and a scale. Visits are billed through the employees’ health insurance plan just like they would be for a traditional doctor's visit, and Kronites who don’t sit at HQ have access to the same virtual visits program anytime, anywhere. Seeing a doctor for common conditions like cough and cold, flu, and allergies has never been easier!
