Simply put, these associates are rock stars who have done amazing things, made a meaningful impact ad put in the extra time to get results. An outstanding quarter is hard to miss and certainly needs to be recognized! Employees of the Quarter are celebrated during our recognition train. Leaders walk through the building with balloon bundles and certificates and stop at winner’s desk to reveal that they’ve earned this honor.
  • Teams of the Quarter: Quarterly team winners have the results necessary to make a name for themselves. These teams put forth amazing effort, innovation and commitment. Teams of the Quarter achieve great results through unbelievable teamwork, strategic partnership and knowledge sharing . Teams of the Quarter are celebrated during our recognition train. Leaders walk through the building with balloon bundles and certificates and stop at winner’s desk to reveal that they’ve earned this honor.
  • Cup Program: Our quarterly cup program unites our sales teams to accomplish our firm, team and individual goals together. Our Cup program celebrates achievements, fosters competition and above all, promotes teamwork. Team are measured on various financial metrics and one winning team is selected each quarter. They are awarded ‘The Cup’ and a team celebration.
  • Mentor of the Quarter: The Mentor of the Quarter goes above and beyond to guide, motivate and inspire their mentee. Great mentors demonstrate Kforce’s core values and most importantly, are committed to the success of their mentee(s) by making a meaningful impact. Eligible mentors must have formally mentored at least one associate. Mentors of the Quarter earn firm-wide recognition and a trophy.
  • Service Anniversary Program: Our Service Anniversary program recognizes our great employee’s loyalty and service to the Firm. On a monthly basis, we recognize Kforcers at each 5-year milestone in a Firm-wide communication and their leader celebrates them in a team meeting and presents them with an award! Being a long-term member of the Kforce family takes commitment and dedication. 
  • Hats Off: Hats Off is our peer to peer recognition program. Kforcers can thank and congratulate fellow Kforcers for going above and beyond by posting on our intranet. The post then generates an email to the person being recognized and their manager. Their manager is given a certificate and encouraged to present it during a team meeting. Everyone should be able to give and get recognition and our Hats Off makes it very easy for our employees to show appreciation!
  • Exceptional Performers & Impactful Contributors: Winners of the EPIC Award are top performers in a revenue enabling role within Kforce! They are essential to the success of the Firm. No matter how visible the contribution, these winners represent hard work, trustworthy partnerships, a servant’s attitude, consistent intensity, and are fully engaged!
  • Albert M. Dunkel Market of the Year: Al Dunkel, Dave Dunkel’s father, was described as a “pure business man”, among many other admirable qualities. He was a principle founder of Romac, the precursor to Kforce. This award, in honor of Al’s impacts, recognizes standout annual performance on a team level. The highly coveted AMD award is presented to the market that exemplifies Al’s visionary approach and his aptitude for success. The premier Kforce team is selected by executive leadership.
  • Maddock Award: Dick Maddock was a highly revered leader who was known for doing everything the right way with a heart of gold. His genuine commitment to integrity and respect still carries an impact over twenty years since his passing. How to Get Hired

We asked Kforce for some inside information on how to get hired at the organization. Here is what they had to say.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

The key traits we look for in a candidate is focused on the GRITS model. Goals, Resilience, IQ/EQ, Teamwork and Sweat.  If a candidate demonstrates these traits, we have found them likely to be successful in the staffing industry. Prior experience isn’t nearly as important as the individual's drive, passion and attitude.  

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

If a candidate is interested in Kforce, LinkedIn is the best way to grab our recruiters' attention! If a candidate sees a job posting on LinkedIn, we encourage them to apply, connect with our recruiters and then message them about their interest. A strong LinkedIn backgrounds and profile is the best way to stand out.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

This year we are focused on growing our great teams in sales and recruiting!  The type of candidate we focus on for our sales teams are those who are highly motivated goal achievers. Our sales team members help to promote Kforce’s staffing services and solutions to other businesses where they build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. For our recruiting teams, we look for those who are career oriented and love to network. Our recruiters build strong relationships with top talent in the IT and finance and accounting industries.
