What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We at Katalyst are looking for talent who not only have the Subject Matter Expertise, but are Adaptable to different needs of the company, Flexible and Willing to grow with the changing needs of the company, can Multitask, Self-Starters and take responsibiity for the tasks for end to end, and be a team player. No matter how big we grow in revenues or employee size we want employees to maintain our familial culture and entrepreneurial spirit.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
We like to see prospective employees show something that's uniquely them and how they can make a difference at Katalyst. We want to see something beyond the resume which is unique to the applicant and is a reflection of their work and his/her personality.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We at Katalyst are in growth mode. We are continously looking for a Technical Sales, Technical Delivery, Project Manager, Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance specialists.
