  • Annual Summer Picnic: We have a summer picnic for all our associates and their family members. In the past we have clowns, kid friendly activity and different ethnic foods
  • Quarterly Pot Luck Lunch: We consider Katalyst is a mini UN due the diversity of our work force from different parts of the globe. We have quarterly potluck lunches where associates bring food from that's common to their home country.
  • Diwali Gifts: Since a large part of our work force is from India, every Diwali - The festival of lights we send boxes of traditional Indian sweets to all our Indian associates. Our management team signs the card personally
  • Thanksgiving Gift: Every thanksgiving we send a $20 Butterball gift card to our all associates to celebrate thanksgiving with their loved ones.
  • Anuual Gifts: Every year we send out a special gift to all our associates to thank them for their services. Some of examples of the gifts we have given our TUMI carryon bags, FitBits, ipod's
  • Birthday Gift: Every associate is sent a goody bag for their birthday and a card signed by the management team.
  • Monday Lunches: We provide Monday lunch to all our HQ associates. The process is democratic and assign one associate to pick his/her restaurant of choice to order lunch for that week.
  • Fitness Benefit: We encourage our associates to be active and offer to cover 50% of their fitness club membership
  • Professional Development: We invest significant resources in Professional Development of Key associates. We pay for their membership dues at various organization (Executive Club of Chicago). We also encourage our key associates to sign for Mentor/Mentee program at these organizations. These programs enable our associates to learn from other industry experts
  • Community Outreach: As a company we are working with few charitable organizations (CASA, Year Up, Door Step Schools) to encourage our associates to volunteer their time. We also have our associate participate in local events (Race Against Hate) as part of our community Outreach. We are a corporate sponsor for Ravinia which provides opportunities for low income kids to enjoy music at the Ravinia festival in Chicago.

Our critieria for hiring associates are: Integrity, Energy, Intellect. Since we are fast growing company, we have grown 39% CARG over the past 3 years, we look for individuals who meet these critieria. We want individuals who are driven to succeed, have the intellcual curisoity to solve complex and difficult problems for our customers and have the integrity to do the right thing for our clients.
