What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Yes, we want to know where you studied and where you’ve worked. But we also want to be sure you possess the key characteristics that will help you thrive here. Among them: the adaptability needed to keep up with fast-evolving technologies and teams; the flexibility to give/take constructive feedback and jump on opportunities to improve processes; and the ability to collaborate constantly. 

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Kargo is all about team players, and we notice when prospective candidates highlight past experience as a collective effort rather than an individual feat. We look for results-driven collaborators who want to be involved, like to produce, enjoy camaraderie, and are open to the change that comes with an industry that is constantly evolving and innovating.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

The teams that are growing the most by headcount are engineering and software development. Additionally, we are always looking for programmatic, direct sales and revenue operations candidates.
