Our program consists of managers and those that have the potential to manage teams. The leadership cohort learns all the aspects of empowering themselves and their teams to excel. This is essential to personal and professional growth, as we value our employees. Their success allows for company success.
  • Company-Wide Awards: We like to give recognition for performance that goes above and beyond their own job duties and that exemplifies our values.   • Company Retreats: The main objective for bi-annual retreats is to foster better relationships between teams and one another. Overall, it's about team building, building a stronger company, and having fun while doing so. We typically hold these retreats on beautiful camp grounds that have many fun activities available.
  • Dog Friendly Environment: We value an open casual and fun environment. Having a dog friendly office is one way we can do that while providing flexibility.
  • Employee Referral Program: We have certain values that each employee exemplifies. We trust that our employees know others who can also contribute to the company's success. We pay out for each employee referral hire.
