Perks and Programs

We asked Juliette Fowler Communities to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Employee Pension Plan: We offer a generous pension plan to teammates, allowing them to contribute 3% of their annual salary tax deferred as well as receive 11% from the employer into this pension fund. Through this program, we focus the attention on helping teammates prepare for the future and assist them in their personal stewardship.
  • Teammate Tuition Assistance: We encourage teammates to further their education. In most instances we identify current teammates who have demonstrated strong work ethic along with demonstrating our organizational values.  We often approach teammates to go back to school in areas of need within our structure. For example, a certified nurse aide, going to medication aide school and then progressing to nursing school. Or a dishwasher going to chef school and progressing within the organization to Sous Chef. Also considered, are teammates who seek out their own education track such as bachelor and graduate degrees.
  • Employee Referral Bonus: An established referral bonus policy of up to $1,000 to award current employees who refer regular full-time or regular part-time candidates for employment.
  • Values in Action: Everyday our teammates have the opportunity to lift up others who they see demonstrating our values. These submission of Values in Action [VIA] are then read at all-team meetings and the honored teammate can earn JFC bucks to accumulate toward purchases, i.e. gift cards, meals, electronics, logo gear.
  • Fit Fowler: In support of the well being of our teammates, we host a monthly Wear your Workout Clothes and use our walking trails as well participate with our residents in their wellness program. This encourages social inter-personal relationships with our customers.
  • Fowler Joy Team: Our team chooses to demonstrate their personal stewardship to the organization through teammate giving, which helps to fund resident and children's programs within the community.
