We asked Jackson Physician Search to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • President's Club: Recruiting, business development and leadership team associates can earn a plane ticket (and one for their significant other) to an annual company-sponsored trip in an exotic location. Recent destinations include Hawaii, Italy and Paris. These associates are given specific milestone goals to earn their tickets. If the company meets or exceeds a predetermined annual stretch goal, the entire team is brought along. Jackson Physician Search is very fortunate to have a dedicated team of passionate, hardworking associates that have enabled the majority of the company to travel on these trips each year.
  • Wellness Program: All Jackson Healthcare associates nationwide enrolled in any of the company-sponsored medical plans are eligible for a $720 annual rebate on their insurance premium. Associates receive a $60 monthly wellness credit for staying compliant with the program. Our wellness program is administered by CareHere, and remote associates are also eligible to participate. Our company strongly encourages wellness, providing an on-site farm to table restaurant and full-service fitness center at the headquarter location, including a Wellness Wednesday newsletter with tips and program tips for all associates.
  • Annual Kickoff Meeting & Party: Once a year, Jackson Physician Search flies everyone to a chosen location and venue to get together and kickoff the year. We meet during the day and introduce new hires, hand out awards for the previous year, and talk about the new year's goals. In the evening, we have a kickoff cocktail party with dinner and dancing. This is a highlight for our associates and a great way to bring everyone together as we grow nationally.
  • Achievement Awards: JPS recognizes its rock star performers with annual awards. We hand out awards such as Rookie of the Year, Recruiter/Business Developer of the Quarter (1-4), and Recruiter/Business Developer of the Year. We also recognize outstanding support associates who have shown dedication and contributed to the team's success.
  • Prescription Drug Benefits: The company surveyed its employees to find the top 100 most prescribed medications used by their staff. It now provides these medications free of charge to associates, and stocks those prescriptions on site at our company headquarters.
  • Volunteerism: The company is all about giving back so they offer a charitable match program in terms of both money and hours worked for charity.
  • Healthy Eating Options: At our headquarter location, we have a farm-to-table cafe restaurant that provides fresh, healthy eating options for our associates.
  • Complimentary Nutritional Consultation: Again tying in with our focus on wellness and health, we offer a complimentary nutritional consultation at our HQ with a registered dietitian. The program consists of four 45 minute workshops that help associates find health and fitness solutions for their unique needs.
  • Milestone Anniversary Celebrations: In addition to the gifts and perks that come from Jackson Healthcare for anniversaries, we throw small parties or office lunches for employees as they reach major milestones such as 5, 10, 15 years and up!
  • The Monthly Huddle: To recognize our associates and keep our family-style culture as we grow, we release a monthly newsletter company-wide that highlights employee promotions, new hires, birthdays, anniversaries, and special cultural announcements. This is a really special way for everyone all over the company, whether in offices or remote, to keep in touch with each other!
